General Motors is serious about changing the future of personal transportation, with the Chevrolet Volt arriving at the end of this year, and soon the EN-V. We first showed you GM's concept a few weeks ago when it was unveiled at the Shanghai Expo.

Though concepts like this are not new, GM is taking a different approach to making this one a reality. They understand the issues facing large cities around the world and have created a solution to the issue of overcrowding and space deficiency.

In the video, Chris Borroni-Bird, the Director of the EN-V program, touches on the six key issues facing the mobility of people living in big cities (energy, environment, safety, congestion, parking, and affordability) and how the two-wheeled EN-V addresses each issue.
