Parking in a city is often difficult for most of us, especially for those with a disabled parking badge. Recent studies have found that in most parts of the country, people without these parking badges tend to fill up spaces intended for those who do. 

 

Law enforcement are cracking down on these drivers that feel they have the right to do such a thing. Fines are increasing to about $260 on average, and some are now receiving points on their license.
