Autoweek America Adventure, a seven-day cross-country adventure rally, has announced that SRT will be the official event vehicle sponsor. SRT will provide the rally’s grand prize, a 2012 300 SRT.

On October 24, teams of two will depart from Colorado Springs, Colo. and finish the rally seven days later in Las Vegas, Nev. Along the way, teams will solve clues and complete track challenges to navigate the correct route and earn points.

The team with the most points at the end of the day will earn a key, an opportunity to win the ultimate prize, a 2012 300 SRT. The rally finishes at the annual Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) convention where the winners of each of the challenges try their key(s) in the 300 SRT. Whoever starts the engine, wins the car.

In the end, all participants will have earned the opportunity to participate in a SRT track challenge. The SRT Track Experience is filled with full-throttle action guided by professional instructors.

Registration is open to all consumers. Teams of two will pay $5,000 to participate in the rally, covering: food, beverage, hotel, track fees, entry into SEMA, vehicle decals and gift bag. Registrants will use their own vehicles, but those who enter the promo-code, “Fox 12,” will receive a free 1-way Dodge Charger or Chrysler 300 rental from Fox Rent-a-car to use throughout the rally.
