The Nissan GT Academy finals are underway at the Silverstone Circuit in the UK! As we speak, the field of America's 16 best virtual drivers in Gran Turismo 5 is being whittled down as they compete for the opportunity of a lifetime to become a real pro driver on a Nissan racing team.

 

While the GT Academy reality series on SPEED TV won't air until this fall, Nissan and Sony are providing fans with a behind the scenes look at what life is like at the GT Academy boot camp for the contestants, with exclusive video interviews, as well as some awesome desktop wallpapers and videos of their new rides. The GT Academy's panel of pro drivers and racing experts on location at Silverstone have also been responding to questions submitted by fans of the GT Academy Facebook page.
