Today marks the official beginning of Nissan's "Innovation for All" ad Campaign. The campaign features several new video advertisements that herald Nissan's technological innovations from the past 10 years.
We are one of the first sites to give you the scoop--with four of the commercials that will start airing August 28th during the ESPN College Football Preview Show. The four commercials are "innovations", which touts many of Nissan's recent innovations such as the Leaf, smartphone apps, and a few other "future" features; "Baby", which shows a soon-to-be dad literally transform his 370Z into a Maxima.
"Kidzilla", is meant to show Nissan's build quality by showing a kid trying to destroy all of his toys; guess which one doesn't get destroyed. And finally, there's "Dime", where Nissan plays tongue-in-cheek with Toyota's recent discovery that electronically controlled vehicles need brake overrides.
There is one more commercial that we have yet to preview called, "Polar Bear". Airing on September 9th, "Polar Bear" will feature a polar bear (did you expect a panda?) that is journeying through arctic forests, railways and highways only to be helped by someone driving Nissan's new all-electric Leaf.
The reason for this new campaign also is the first signal that Nissan is giving that a lot of their brand new and refreshened products are about to hit dealer lots. If you look closely you will notice the all-new Juke, Quest, and Leaf as well as a refreshed Maxima and Murano. Noticeably absent, however, is the Nissan Cube; the Jan Brady of the family.
